Will Beardslee is an Orange County native who started his real estate career in 2008 after being honorably discharged from the US Army. Will’s knowledge of the Southern California real estate market allows him to provide his clients with the inside knowledge to make informed and educated decisions. Will places high standards on himself to deliver the best service to all of his clients through each step of the process. His attention to detail, his work ethic, and his strategic mindset fuel his desire to exceed his client’s expectations. For Will, the most rewarding aspect of his profession is Client satisfaction, and he looks forward to being the essential element of a successful transaction. When Will is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Allie, and their two daughters, Virginia and Ruby. Also, as an avid outdoorsman, Will enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and surfing.

Jon is a seasoned real estate professional with over 14 years of hands-on experience in commercial and multifamily real estate, successfully managing $90M+ in property transactions. Strategically guides buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process, leveraging his extensive network and deep market knowledge to identify exceptional investment opportunities and tailor strategies to maximize returns.

Additionally, Jon is a licensed General Contractor and his background in construction allows him to assess property potential and negotiate optimal terms for his clients. Consistently exceeding client expectations with a focus on transparency, communication, and delivering results. When Jon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Serena, and their three children, Eliana, David and Benjamin.
