Will Beardslee is an Orange County native who started his real estate career in 2008 after being honorably discharged from the US Army. Will’s knowledge of the Southern California real estate market allows him to provide his clients with the inside knowledge to make informed and educated decisions. Will places high standards on himself to deliver the best service to all of his clients through each step of the process. His attention to detail, his work ethic, and his strategic mindset fuel his desire to exceed his client’s expectations. For Will, the most rewarding aspect of his profession is Client satisfaction, and he looks forward to being the essential element of a successful transaction. When Will is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Allie, and their two daughters, Virginia and Ruby. Also, as an avid outdoorsman, Will enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and surfing.

Additionally, Jon is a licensed General Contractor and his background in construction allows him to assess property potential and negotiate optimal terms for his clients. When Jon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Serena, and their three children, Eliana, David and Benjamin.
